Pony Trek

If you are anything like me, the typical museums and city attractions no longer suffice to cause excitement when on vacation. This is not to say that these types of attractions are not amazing, but I feel as though I have been to so many over the years that they all kind of blend together.
Thus, upon a recent stay at a Short break Scotland hotel, I felt as though I needed to partake in a different kind of vacation. One that was out of the ordinary, one that was more adventurous, one that would allow me to view Scotland from a different perspective. Thus, I began to research a few of the outdoor adventure companies of Scotland. Coming across one called Nae Limits, I felt as though they had a very reputable company, with staff that were more than qualified to safely conduct all the activities that they offered.

I eventually booked their pony trekking adventure; sure, this may not sound as extreme as bungee jumping, rock climbing, or kayaking, but I felt as though it was a great alternative to the museums. The trek would take me through some of the rolling Perthshire countryside to observe some of the most amazing sights that Scotland had to offer. I had only seen such beauty in postcards, prior to this trek. Furthermore, thanks to the advice of the tour guide, I was able to locate another amazing hotel, the Country house hotel Scotland. Although my short break hotel was amazing, I am always up to try something new; hence, the pony trek. My time in Scotland was so amazing that I am currently planning another trip to East Scotland. If you are looking for a great alternative from some of your usual vacation spots, this country should be at the top of your list. There is something for everyone.
